Why did you choose your major?

Computer science and information engineering is what I majored now and there are couple of reasons why I choose it. At first, the type of industry varied rapidly in Taiwan, from agriculture to high technology. In this case, skills of computer science and information were needed. Person who major in that is popular to be recruited from those technology company in those years. Secondly, I'm interested in using computer doing things since I touch computer first time as long as I have the opportunity to use them. Computers help me up with doing coursework, connecting friends around everywhere as well as playing computer games to kill my leisure time; therefore, it established basic interesting in computer of mine.
Computer plays an important role in my life, since it can do lots thing and coming up with convenience, I decided to study what structures of computer and its applications, as this reason, I choose computer science and information as my major at university.
